Items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later or at weekends.
Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD.
There may be times when we, unfortunately, go out of stock after receiving your order, if this happens we will contact you to let you know when your item is back in stock.
Accepting Your Delivery
Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted from the courier and signed for no responsibility can be taken by theeverchanginghouse for any loss or damage. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and call us for a replacement. NB: All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if you want to make a return by emailing us on email@example.com
Please request a returns label by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and enclose with your item(s) in their original condition and packaging and return to us within 28 days of purchase. Please do not mark the packaging.
Customers will need to return the items at their own cost, but we’d suggest you use a trackable
service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s)
All goods must be returned unused, unopened, in perfect condition (including original packaging) and remain in a re-sellable condition.
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.
In the rare occasion that your items have arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at
email@example.com along with photos of the damaged or faulty items, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
Made to Order
Unfortunately made to order items are non-refundable as the item was specifically personalised for you. If however, the item is received faulty please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
